Hand-picked + hand-plunged. 20% whole- bunch fermentation. Matured in French oak for 10 months. 340 dozen produced. Light cherry rose colour. Lively spice + red berry fruit on the nose, hints of smoky oak.
Flavours of vibrant cherry + light plum. A palate of balanced texture + weight, fresh red currant notes to finish.

A fun sparkling for all occasions! Aromas of citrus peel and Spring florals are accompanied by notes of juicy pear, melon + crunchy apple. The zesty acidity and chalk mouthfeel, gives a mouth-watering finish.
Our favourite pairings charcuterie boards with prosciutto wrapped rockmelon. This wine is delicate enough to go with Kingfish crudo or Aburi salmon. For a vegan friendly option try Wild Mushroom Risotto or Pesto Baguette with sundried tomatoes, fresh rocket and pickled artichoke.

The mouthfeel is juicy with mulberry, rhubarb and plum flavours. Subtle spices on the back palate, finished with soft puckering tannins.

Back with dark fruit and spice, with notes of bramble, black currant and green olive. Earthy and concentrated.
A great food wine, weighty and filled with flavour. Friendly to meat and heavy flavoured dishes, like a stroganoff or a curry.For a vegan friendly option try a saucy Szechuan tofu or Mattar Tofu Paneer.
